IMy first pregnancy was 9 weeks pregnant, then I had a missed abortion, I took medicine and then bleeding started and everything cleared from inside, it will be 12 days, can I use folic acid now?

Yes, you can take. No harm in that. But make sure to do Urine pregnancy test after 3 weeks.
