I gave birth 14 months ago, my periods have not came back till now. Im not pregnant. Breastfeeding my child few times a day, child also have 3 meals a day, means he is not completely on my breast milk. Is that normal that my periods are still missing? I also did my TSH report and FSH report. I will attach my report below
If your baby is still breastfeeding a few times a day, you can wait another 2-3 months for periods to return naturally. If there’s no period even after 3 months or you stop breastfeeding and still don’t get them, then get a pelvic ultrasound and prolactin level done.
