aoa dear,ur scan os showing that u have fibroid uterus, u must visit a gynaecologist for proper evaluation.

-Dear in scan its mentioned that u have fibroid that is distorting cavity can be cause of late periods but not sure.
-better repeat scan one more time to get another ultrasound opinion to Exclude fibroid issue.
-if u have been observing weight gain, irregular, prolong, scanty periods then it's better to have detailed Evaluation (blood tests on day 2 of periods).
-u can discuss detailed history here regarding above issues or can consult local gynae to have further Evaluation.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment for any health issue u have.
