Miscarriage, miscarriage, miscarriage she can't continue pregnancy more than 15 days. She experience 4th miscarriage in her 14 months marriage life. She lost about 30kg weight in this period. Please give me your expert opinion.
aoa pt need evaluation as blood group of pt n husband serum progesterone levels which can cause placental insufficiency n need to start some medicines n she needs her full blood count picture n hb should be 12 so take some rest n take folic acid twice daily n then try to conceive

Recurrent miscarriage is a condition which pressurises a couple ..but it's not a condition like the end of the world

she should attend a pre pregnancy Clinic along wth her husband fr complete evaluation and further management and shudnt go fr another pregnancy...first trimester losses hv many causes...let the OBG do her job...
