Talk to Gynecologist on No Fetal Pole
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Nawabshah
AOA any gynecologist please guide.
LMP was 25th April, on 8th June, i went for first Abd scan it showed week 5 gestational sac 0.7 cm without fetal pole and yolk sac. After 14 days follow up scan showed week 6 again without fetal pole and yolk sac. I'm worried about what I should do. I don't have any abdominal pain or bleeding or any other issue. Is there still a chance of having a viable pregnancy or not?

AOA you are going for u:s too early please wait for another 6 weeks inshaAllsh you will see fetal.Heart aswell just take folic acid tablv

rdo quantitative beta HCG and repeat after 2 days if reading ok then repeat ultrasound after 2weeks
