Salam. This is my second pregnancy (no history of miscarriages - conceived very easily). My LMP is 25 June but I must have ovulated later than usual due to PCOs. HCG level from start was on lower side. On 8th Aug (6 weeks). I got TVS done and it says no Fetal pole detected. Today I got my hcg repeated. I’m attaching both reports. Please guide. On IVFc injection and cyclojest. Really worried. Please help me
salaam. This is i think very early pregnancy you can start progestogens to support pregnancy....repeat scan after 2 week to see pregresion of pregnancy

-Dear have folic acid and wait for nature to decide.
-have precautions, avoid weight lifting, sterneous Exercise, stairs, sex for now to avoid bleeding.
-have balanced diet, rest,folic acid.
-observe Symmptoms strictly and report as per need.

Repeat scan after two weeks.

Ok thank you so much. Taking progesterone. The Gestational sac measures 5+9 days. Is that of concern? That a sac of 12mm seems empty?
