I am 33 have been trying to conceive since 2 years my amh was 6.96 as i had endomeriotic cyst and after 1 year i removed it through laproscopy after that since 3 months my follicles are small 6mm on 12 day qns even with hcg injection its 15mm in 12 day ...i dont know what should i do next what treatment i should try or just leave i am sick of trying ...husband test is also fine his motility is 38 ...i dont know where i am wrong i cant figure out my ovulation even everytime period cycle is either 26 24 or 30 ....plz help me guide me what can i do now

As you have endometriosis, you must take the medicine for subfertility very carefully. I suggest as for your age and history of endometriosis go for ivf directly don’t waste time

There are oral tablets n then injections for ovulation induction, if follicle is not maturing you must step forward for injections stepwise, and all this will cost too much, so its better to take loan or sell your jewellery n get one IVF baby as soon as possible
