I got 3 month injection 2 times last year then leave and after that no periods I wait till january 2019 then went to gynae she took ultrasound and told about a little harmless cyst and gave primolute N and I have my periods on 14 day of tablet then in march on in 5march I got periods then on april 20 there was a brownish redish spotting for one day only and finish and now no periods still........my first cyst was found at age 20 ad then after med it goes normal ....and now after contraceptive injection same problem after 9 years....they first day my periods started and till now they always come after 35 to 40 days never on time...and also have leucoreah and vaginal itching...and intercourse a little bit with friction..
Reduce weight if you are overweight. It’s ok if cycle is every 40 days.

-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have Diane 35 cyclically for 3 cycles.
-do have transvaginal scan and blood tests on day 2 of periods (testosterone, insulin, prolectin, fsh and lh, thyroid function test, progesterone).

Should I wi8 for having periods or go for a med I have 3 kids and before taking 3 month injection my periods were normal every after 35 to 40 days my little child is 1 and half year old

You can wait for 4 weeks for periods if not planning pregnancy.
