Talk to Gynecologist on Not Menstruating

Hello, I'm not menstruating for more than 3 months. I had pelvic ultrasound and there were no signs of PCOS. I took withdrawal bleeding pill ( primolut N 3 per day for 7 days) as well after which I just started feeling some symptoms like breast soreness and cramps. Its been 3 days I have completed my 7 day course and I'm still not menstruating. I feel like the symptoms are also fading away again. Please guide proper.
