meri 3rd normal delivery ko 16 days hue Hain. it was normal with no stitches. but I feel pain after urination. jb b urine pass Hota hai us k bad I feel pain in pelvic area or lower abdomen. Also I feel very pain in my legs and thighs agar Thora b routine se zyada walk hojaye ya Kam etc.. pain ki Kya waja ho skti hai ? should I go for ultrasound or ye thek hojayga,

Assalam w aleikum it is only 16 days expected some pain you need increase your fluid intake to wash out your bladder and prevent urine infection, it is your 3rd baby need healthy diet iron and calcium and vitamin D , no heavy work or lifting for at least six weeks , InshaaAllah it will improve.
