Talk to Gynecologist on Pain While Urinating
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Karachi
About to 2 months ago I started having pain while urinating and an urgency to pee like I could not hold my pee. I thought it was due to improper intake of water. It got better with proper fluid intake and some cranberry sachets. Then I got diagnosed with covid and I was taking surbex z ,calcee and cac 1000. I started having slight pain around my kidney area and I thought it was due to the overdose of all these medications I reduced the dosage and had plenty of water. It got better again but ever since on and off even for once if I neglect my fluid intake or hold my pee. I start getting severe discomfort and pain while urinating. And today I woke up with extreme pain and an urgency to pee. The pain felt like radiating all the way to vaginal area. Is o Is it UTI? Should I take antibiotics? I don't have any other issues. No dicoloration or anything.

Get urine complete examination done by good lab and then consult

get ultrasound KUB and Urine DR done.
you should not have taken calcee and CaC1000 together as both contain same amount of calcium.
as medicines are available without prescription in Pakistan, patients self dose themselves on all kinds of medicines which is a big issue.
please don't take antibiotics without proper consultation and do not ask advice for antibiotics or medicines on messaging. it is a dangerous thing.
once you have ultrasound and urine DR reports, take online appointment.
