Asking for Wife, Female, 27 years old, Karachi
AOA, I recently get married 3 months before and my wife have PCOS, and we are trying for a baby, Yesterday 14-02-2025 was her period date but she did not get her period and when we take a pragnancy test and it was negative. Please suggest what we can do.

who labelled her as PCOS? start tab folic acid once daily, myoinositol sachet once daily and if she is over weight she shud work on that.
plus dont pressuroze with getting pregnant its just months now

She is taking folic acid tab and sachet everyday.
She is not overweight she is 58
We are not pressured her for anything.
She also want to conceive.
She is getting all the symptoms of pregnancy
We searched on internet
We have to have at least 1 week after missed period to get accurate results because may be HCQ level decrease.
