i would suggest u to lose weight if u r over weight... strt taking low carbohydrate diet .. strt doing walk atleast 60 mints daily.... sab bahir ki food choor dyn... green vegetable sfruits ziada use karen... u need to strt some medicines or plz share ur prescription what medicines r u taking???. i can guide u but if got to know what medicines r u using.
