Asking For Self, Female 22, England

I have PCOS, was diagnosed (after an ultrasound) with enlarged ovaries and various other symptoms in October 2018. I had one normal period in Feb 2019 and then nothing until Sep 2019. This was 1 month of spotting. Then the whole of Oct 2019 and the past week and a half I have had extremely severe heavy periods with huge blood clots daily. I am currently waiting for blood test results but my gp has not been much help. I am anxious/stay at home/weight gain. Should I have another ultrasound or other tests? Is this just PCOS? Is there medication I need?
