Talk to Gynecologist on Pelvic Pain With Bleeding

Hello! I am suffering from pelvic pain for past 12 days with menstruation, my menstrual cycle are 5 days, but it’s been 12 days for periods along with blood clots, the first two days were normal, after that I saw just spotting then I experienced clots with blood, I am 5 weak pragnant, I consulted with gynaecologist and done my B-HCG. The strange thing is the sacs is still inside, I have done ultrasound 3 times. so I just wanna know what can be the reason of pelvic pain with clots, if this is miscarriage the why the sac is still inside according to Ultrasound..The pain is unbearable and sudden..So what should I do please guide properly… I am taking Folic acid and dupbaston 10mg..
