-dear ultrasoundis normal but if periods not regular or scanty not normal flow that need precautions , investigation and treatment.
- have balanced Diet ,weight and BMI .
- Complete treatment of any health issue u have
- Recreational activities .
- Have daily walk ,exercise and yoga to have balanced BMI and weight .
- have blood tests in day 2 of periods ( progesterone,testosterone ,insulin , prolectin ,FSH and LH ,thyroid function test ) .
- have tab norethisterone 5 mgs twice daily from day 4 to day 25 of periods and then again from. Next month's day 4 of bleeding till day 25 for 3 cycles to regulate periods .
-follow with reports ,have precautions and treatment as advised .

Otherwise it is normal. You need to get your hormone profile to look for the cause. FSH LH Prolactin TSH on 3rd or 4 th day of period

Usg is fine , get a harmonal profile done on 2 nd day of periods to be sure of things
