Talk to Gynecologist on Pergnency Test

I have a daughter ages 2.5 wirh c section. In last March I had D&C due to no heart beat. Was trying to convince again. I had my last periods on 12 October, which on and off last for 15 days untill 29 October . Later on, In November I didn't had any period. Today at 3 Dec I had my pregnancy stick test and it came positive. I didn't felt any specific symptom except increased vigunal discharge and lower abdomen cramps, with lower back pain. I just wanna know, is it possible that I have false positive pregnancy test due to irregular periods? or this white discharge can indicate something else. I will go with blood hcg after 2 days. Till then this situation will be exhausting for me. Please help
