I'm leaving for Umrah on 13th July, In shaa Allah. my last menstruation date was on the 17th of cycle is usually normalof 7 days. I started taking Primolut N on the 10th of July. But I've some vaginal discharge and a backache,legs pain that usually happens before periods. So, guide me am I in a safe zone now? Because I want to delay my periods till the 22nd of July.

AOA continue primolute n tablet same time as usual but don’t stop it till you come back for backache take ponstan tablet one daily and no need to take for any discharge that is normal mucus discharge
