Talk to Gynecologist on Period Issue

November 2023: Period was missed. FSH/LH tested on 24 Jan 2024: FSH 14.28, LH 5.48. 18 Sep 2024: Due to recurrent menstrual problems, tests showed FSH 28.11, LH 8.81, Prolactin 11.01, and AMH 0.14. 16 Jan 2026: Period was absent again. FSH 36.40, LH 11.60, Prolactin 11.30. Doctor prescribed Surbaz and One Natal for 1 month and advised repeating FSH after the course. 17 Feb 2026: FSH was 30.70. At that time, periods had not returned. Doctor said my periods may have stopped and that pregnancy might not be possible, but medication could bring periods temporarily. I did not take the prescribed medication because of wedding-related stress. However, periods returned naturally on 24 Feb, 24 Mar, and 24 Apr 2026. Marriage: 9 May 2026. Last proper period: 23 May 2026. After that, periods stopped again. I took medication for one week, but only had spotting on 30–31 July 2026. Current concern: I want to understand the cause of my absent periods, my ovarian reserve/fertility status, and whether I can still plan for pregnancy.
