alhamdullilah.as u told scan is normal .it meansno any retained products of conception.aap baby ko feed karrahi hain?sometime delivery ke baad and breast feeding ki wajah se harmones imbalance hojatehain.time ke sath normalize hote hain.filhaal bleeding stop kerne ke liye u will take same cap transamine 500 mg x8 hrly for 5 days.ponston fort bhi lesakti hai
