Talk to Gynecologist on Periods After Ecp

I had unprotected s*x with my partner on 18th of january and after that i took ecp within 1 hr of it even he didnt discharge inside me i got my last periods on 11th january and it ended on 14th January And after taking the ecp on the 6th day I start getting the brown discharge And after that i got blood for few hrs and then again discharge for almost 5 days. I did the pregnancy strip tests on 26th january and 29th january and it was negative. My periods date are expected to be on 8th feb which is today and still i havent got the periods this is freaking me out. Please can you tell me that am I pregnant and when can i get my periods please help. Usually my periods is for 3-4 days and typical cycle is of 28days the last time i got periods was on 11th January and it ended on 14th January.

sometimes light bleeding does occur after ECP . Delay in periods is also due to that . wait for a week more .

thats why we tell the clients to use a proper way of contraception. because ecp is for emergency use and sometimes it causes menstrual irregularities. better to wait till 11th feb.

Dr sorry for bothering u again and again just one more question i was suppose to get my periods today but i havent so should i do the pregnancy strip test tomorrow? Will it show the accurate result? I have done it twice too but it was quite initial and was negative too
