This is normal I.e gap of 24 days normal.Take plenty of water and calcium and vit D tablet.use different brand of pads.i.e pure cotton and use cotton underwear

gap is normal, take pain killers and multivitamins. use Hydrozole cream on rashes but take care of hygiene.

gap is normal take good care of hygiene wear soft fabric esp cotton underwear and cotton pad
for bodypains ....take tab ponstan fort and for rash hydrazole creame
over weight is also one of contributory factor...check it.
