Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Heavy Flow
Asking for Wife, Male, 20 years old, Karachi
In periods , She is suffering bleeding from heavy flow in first day and after second day it's normal but 4th day again heavy flow , is there any problem or something? Also her dates always fluctuate 35+ days sometimes 45 days.

get her ultrasound pelvis to rule out any pelvic problem.
thyroid test done?.
in case of heavy bleeding take cap transamine 500 mg 8 hourly along with forte 8 hourly.
take iron supplements

Also she is suffering extreme pain in starting days.
For now, no heavy bleeding, but day 1 whole day and day 4 only once, it was happened? Is it serious?
What precautions for now she need to care of it right now before ultrasound

ultrasound pelvis and thyroid test will help to rule out some of the cause of heavy menstrual bleeding.
she can take cap transamine 500 mg tds and tab ponstan forte tds in days of heavy bleeding but if same pattern persist get her ultrasound pelvis and thyroid functions done.
