It's been 6 months since I got married and my periods issue is still there, come my periods every 45 days. and i want to conceive ,Tell me what will be my conceive days

first u must have ur hormones test done at day 2 of cycle then u must have serum progesterone level on day 32 .then we can know tht whether u r ovulating or not
