Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Query

I have not done intercourse but i have doubt that semen could have touched out side of my vagina maybe then few days after when i wiped after urination i got a minor blood spot and after that its been 2 months mujhey periods time pe aa rahay hai dur date pe dono months but light hai like 2 days atay hai light bleeding hoti hai 2/3 pads fill ho jatay hai. I have not missed my period tho. I am confused is this implantation bleeding or period. Am i pregnant? And also i have been uder alot of stress stomach feel tighter breast too .what do uou guys suggest.
