My periods started on the 24th july and the next day the bleeding stopped and the periods stopped suddenly, I had heartburn and breast pain on the first night of my period and then I took Ryzec sachets first and then muchin syrup when it didn't make any difference and When I woke up after sleeping in the morning, the periods stopped. I am quite worried about this. Please give me guidance and medicine. I am currently unmarried.

Mujhy august september main periods regular normal dates par aty rahy magar October main 3,4 din pehly periods start hoy magar usi din Mainy travel kya tu next day bleeding stop ho gai, 4 din wait kya magar bleeding start nahi hoi mean just 12 hours tak bleeding duration rahi. Janna chahti hoon kya ye normal sign hy ya Check karwana chahye or agar stop ho jain tu koi tab bta dejye jis sy periods continue ho sakain.
