Talk to Gynecologist on Placenta Anterior Low Lying
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
I got my anomly scan done today as my appointment with gyne is after 20 days and can't get it earlier I want to know if my report is having any complication. I'm worried to know if I need any extra precautions untill I get my self checked after 20days. As Im working lady doing office job of 7.5 hours with continue sitting. Kindly check and update if there is something I need to be worried about. Thank in advance

anterior placenta 3cm away from os at 20 weeks
its important to know if u have previous c sections as to rule out placenta accreta
otherwise its likely that placenta will move up as gestation advances but for the time be careful in the sense that no heavy work, lots of fluids and if there is any bleeding, report to your doctor in emergency where blood bank and transfusion is possible. in addition, keep your hemoglobin well above 10 to be on the safe side
