Talk to Gynecologist on Please Check My Dopplar Scan Report

My lmp date is 15 September but i follow my first 5 week scan because it had 2 weeks difference from starting. according my first scan i am now 27 weeks 5 day pregnant . my afi sometimes 11 sometimes 8 . at 22 weeks my afi is 10 11 at 25 week it become 9 .Today at 27 weeks 5 day i had lose motion 5 to 6 times i go to a private clinic doctor which do my scan and said your afi is dropped 8.3 cm is afi .she said do doppler scan for check the reason . i go to Farooq hospital for the scan . i attached my report please chk my concern is that why my bpd and hc show 29 weeks pregnancy other ac fl show 27 weeks 4 day which match with mine 5 weeks scans days . according report sd 3.3 ans pl 0.7 which show mild fetoplacental insufficiency. give me precautions to improve it with medicines or other things.
