Talk to Gynecologist on Please Guide Its Urgent

salam , i am having periods issues since july , got my 1st c section in october 2020 , after that periods were normal since july these are my Periods dates :

6 july c 15 july

28 july - 5 aug

20 sept - 9 oct

bleeding got stopped and i got tensed as i was not using ane medicines for contraception, and no intercourse took place either after that i got my periods on

29 oct - 7 nov

11 nov - 29 oct (heavy bleeding with big clots)

DR. suggested for pelvis u/s in sept but that was normal my CBC was normal. My TSH, freeT3 and freeT4 were normal so she suggested that it was mild PCO'S nd gave me medicines for 3 months. but bleeding was not stopping so recently on 26th of oct i visited another dr. she gave me medicines which were polymalt , transamine , ponston forte and primolut N. she said bleeding will stop in 3 days than come for TVS U/S , on 30th bleeding got stopped i have done TVS U/S , plss guide want is the main cause as Dr. is saying u have to got admit as u are having polyp , bu
