Asa I had a miscarriage on june 15. Bleeding stopped on 15july by taking primolut N cause doctor told me not much is left inside it will come out in ur next circle. So my next circle started on 4aug -10aug. My normal cycle was for only 4 days. Till now i didnt bleed as its 10sept already. I had a signs like pinching some times on right lower abdomen or left. Then exceess discharge in yellow color. Then yesterday i had back pain and i thought periods are coming i kept the pad but still no periods just dirty brown discharge and a tiny spot of blod (dot sized) attached with something white mucus i guess. But still no period and brown discharge is no more here. Excess sleep and hungry even after meals. I dont know what's happening. I thought its my circle which is disturbed cause of miscarriage. I checked pregnancy on 5sept which was negative and i checkd at night aswell. What shal i do ? Is it PMS or Pregnancy? Sorry for long post detailed post.

-Dear post Miscarriage hormones get disturbed, so can have irregular periods.
-for Pain u can have tab ponstan 500 mgs 8 hrly for 5 days.
-don't take hormones now just wait for body to readjust its natural hormones.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
Have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-if symmtoms persists for coming 3 months then u will need Evaluation especially if associated with weight gain, abnormal hairs growth.

I just checked once only on 5sept at night. Not with fresh urine.
Shal i check on PT again ?or go with bchg? Ya wait krun k periods araye h?
