1.about ur recent weight gain
2.if yes how much
3.regularity of cycles,how many days u bleed
4.amount of flow
5.if cycles r regular wthout pills:then u need to do few investigations: day 2:LH AND FSH,serum Prolactin,testosterone,HbA1C and then detailes pelvic ultrasound/TVS
question arises here y r u taking birth control pills:if u r known case of PCO u shud b taking treatment for tht.

how do u know tht ur eggs r not maturing?did u do follicular monitoring?u hv sent the labs but when u did them?during the time when u r on birth control pills u did these tests...???wt about ur pelvic ultrasound???...c v all can here try to giv diagnosis and guide u towards correct treatment if u r taking any...but of course v hv limitations due to wch correct prescription for sumone who is already under sumone treatment is like poking ur nose inside the RED ZONE area...😊...anyways u didnt tell about ur testosterone levels...
now ur LH and FSH dont seem to b deranged...and prolactin is also normal...then question arises y r u diagnosed wth PCOD...u didnt tell wt birth control pills u r using?

Main dain 35 use kr rhi hon doctor ne kaha k hormones k issue h is se theek hoga cyst thi khtam hogai or clomid or lezera jb use krwai thi phly ek doctor ne tb mra ultrasound hota tha follicle k tb kaha k mature nai h follicles

Thanks very sad you lost baby due to cord prolapse i think better you stop pills nd if you are over wight reduce you reduce your weight nd take glucophage twice a day nd myotol sacht in half glass of water for one month nd do us on day 12 of you have regular periods to see follicles if no ovulation then start induction of ovulation

-Dear U need to have detailed discussion on complete history, Examination, previous reports and then more investigations if needed and then precautions to apply on daily life style and treatment accordingly.
-balanced diet, weight and bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-recreational activities.
-folic acid daily 5 mgs.
-Try to reduce salt, suger, oil and spice in food.
