Talk to Gynecologist on Post Menopause

I posted about this some days before, now sharing reports also, my mother is 59 years old, she had little vaginal spotting once, and then a minute or less of bleeding a month later, no history of diabetes or any other disease, no pain anywhere or any other symptoms, weight 74, height 5.6, 5 kids with normal delivery, no miscarriage, we checked with three senior gynaes, one in Sargodha who has experience of 30 years, they say there is no problem inside, no cyst or anything else, please give sincere advice what to do next, is it due to hormonal imbalance, my mother has an active lifestyle and is on 90% vegan diet,
