Talk to Gynecologist on Post Miscarriage Bleeding

Meri wife ka 9th week m miscarriage ho gya tha on 9th of June (it was our first conception). Doctor ny fetal remains ko excrete krny k liay Breeky tablets prescribe ki. It was done at that time. Then she advised my wife to take Ciproxin, Flagyl, Fefan and misoprostol tablets. almost sab thek tha Lekin miscarriage k 15 days baad heavy bleeding with chunks happened. it went on for 5 days then slowed down for 4 days only to start again. ab heavy bleeding with chunks to stopped h but light bleeding is still continued even though it's almost 1.5 months from the miscarriage. She also has light abdominal pain sometimes. She is taking Novidat, Flagyl and Transamine tablets for last 4 days. kindly tell me is there anything worrisome. is it possible that her body is still in the pregnancy phase?
