if you are clean and don't have any bleed you can have coitus bit with precautions like barrier method ...better to wait for 3_6 months atleast before a new conception

At least 3 months interval between next pregnancy.
At least 3 months gap , preferably 6 months gap before conceiving again. U can have ur normal relationship once bleeding stops
