Talk to Gynecologist on Post Pregnency Issue

iam 26 yr old, got married in May 2020, iam in third month of pregnancy. I visited gynacologist, told her about discharge of too much lekoria & asked for continue taking folic acid. she said no worry about Lekoria & prescribed Ascard & Maxfo saying these are better than folic acid. iam not much healthy. still lekoria is continue, I feel pain in back & doesn't want to either drink water nor any food, any of them causes vomiting. pls suggest.

took medicine for vomiting it will help u increase diet, u might need some light pain killer.
u can take some vaginal local cream for vaginal discharge.

normal physiological discharge increases in pregnancy but u need checkup if it's infection and needs treatment.
