PPIUCD(copper-T)

Question

I delivered healthy twins on 17th July and had PPIUCD (copper T)  continuous spotting/bleeding till 8 weeks which stopped after taking transamin and ponston  LMP is now 19 sep,a bit heavy flow for 7  I am again facing spotting off and  my cycle was regular 7 days with normal  T is in place,I had scan.
What should be the remedy for this irregular  I get copper T removed?or any medical treatment would do?

Thanks you can have primolut for 20 days nd transine if bleeding is more than normal

cap transamine 500mg two capsules thrice a day during heavy bleeding. wait for a few cycles. let it settle. it usually gets better in 6 mths

CuT is a foreign body-giv it sumtime to settle down-it can take upto 6 mths so b patient-for first three days of ur cycle take tab transamic acid 250 mg twice a day wth tab ponston forte thrice a day-in sha Allah u ll b fine-CuT is a LARC and good contraceptive anyways...
