Assalam w aleikum, congratulations to be pregnant, InshaaAllah it will be healthy outcome, as it is early pregnancy we don't recommend too many medicine, just take Panadol ( if heavy built take two tabs if under weight one tab is enough ,increase your fluid intake , as weather change you don't take enough water ,that may give urine infection or flu and viral infection. take folic acid as it is good for baby and vitamin C, .if not improve in 3 days or get worse see the doctor nearby.
