AOA My cycle is 37 days normally... Diagnosed with minor pcos and medicating with Femova 1 satchet daily Mujhy hmesha periods se HAFTA pehly breast tenderness ka problem hota thaa but this time my cycle is gone to 42 days with no tenderness at all I did my pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative Should I go for beta HCG ?? suggest me something kindly!!

with pcos cycle variation are normal, however u should bleed once every three months ..no need for serum beta hcg , wait for two weeks more for periods
