Hiii i want to ask you that i just ate hardees sandwich and there is turkey slice cold cut and i jus read that we cant eat cold cut in pregnancy so pls can you tell what can i do now i am so worried i am 15weeks pregnant..???????? they warm it up in the microwave

I got a scan yesterday everything was fine but after that i ateee that burger???? thats why i am feeling depressed coldcut (delimeat) its not allowed in pregnancy right?

The odds are in your favour that nothing has to relax, and for future reference; try to avoid cold cuts/soft cheese etc to prevent listeria exposure.

-Dear soft cheese, undercooked food/ meat, food near pets need to be avoided as this can Give u infection that can affect developing fetus.
-this u already taken food hope it would be clean not infected and may not harm you.
-now have precautions and avoid undercooked food and food containing cheese.
-have fresh fruits, vegatales, properly cooked food etc.
- have regular Antenatal follow ups and visits.

Don’t worry , it’s not completely restricted , only reason to avoid is to avoid infection like to toxoplasmosis, what is done is done , it’s not necessary u will catch the infection , InshaaAllah ull be fine , have a anomaly scan at 20 weeks, can also go for some blood tests if u r so much worried ,
