Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy (19 Weeks)

Hi, I feel abdominal pain which is not like menstrual pain rather I feel muscle stretching and pain either at left side or at both sides. Sometimes it feels like a sharp pain that extends towards my bladder. (Mostly at night time)

I usually try to bear it as I think it's due to the uterus is expending. However, when it stays for a longer time i.e. the whole night or when not tolerable I use Nospa Fort tab.

Can you please guide me is it safe to take this painkiller? Usually I took one tab. after 2 days.

Or should I consult with a gynaecologist for this pain if its not natural?
