Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I had a miscarriage in April. About a week after my expected period date, I started bleeding and unfortunately lost the pregnancy. Now, Alhamdulillah, I have conceived again. My doctor has prescribed a medicine called Lunagest.

I found out that Lunagest is also used for irregular periods, so I’m a little confused and worried about taking it during pregnancy. Should I take it as prescribed by my doctor? Can this medicine cause bleeding or make my period start?

If anyone has experience with this medicine during early pregnancy or knows about it, please guide me. I would really appreciate your advice.
