Hi Drs, I am 26 weeks pregnant and it is my first pregnancy. I have 2 questions
1. Last time I did my Gct (50mg) and it came out 151 mg/dl which means gestational diabetes so dr gave me glucophage 2 times a day, its been 45 days I am taking the med and checking it on daily basis on glucometer and it came fasting between 80-85 and Random 104-110 which normal but yesterday i did my GCT test again and it came out as 181 mg/dl which is so high. Pls tell me why as I am avoiding sugar too . Attaching the reports too.
2. My hb was kow so dr gave me ferrous sulfate 2 times a day now my hb is fine and it is 12.8 alhamdulillah my platelets drop to 120 *10^9/L Pls tell me the reason of it and is it dangerous and how i can overcome it?

actually need more Information and history of patient . can you provide it?
why are you getting OGTT again and again.if blood sugar levels are fine continue your medicine.
platelets drop during pregnancy is normal when minium level is mantained. upto 100 no need to worry .if goes below that get investigations and also keep in mind labs difference

It is GCT and my dr told me to do that due to family history of sugar. My daily blood sugar is normal but not GCT.
I can't eat sweets due to this thing
Just let me know what should I eat as between lunch and dinner i feel so hungry but cant eat junk, biscuits, fruits other than jaman falsay aru, then what i can eat pls tell
