I had miscarriage and gone through DNC in november 2019 now I am again pregnant and BHCG is 1670 LMP was 13 feb My doc advised me to loose weight in 3 months and have given me envepe,ascard,adfolic and calcium forte mY question is that dont I need any injections to secure my pregnancy ? I told her I had mild cramping when my periods were due and I often feels mild cramping just like periods cramps so is it okay in this early pregnancy?

you should take tab ascard,tab folic acid,tab duphastone twice a day and inj gravibion intramuscular once weekly.
get ur scan done after two weeks for gestational sac and cardiac flicker.
bed rest,avoid strenuous work and stay well hydrated
