Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Polyp

Dear doctors, attached are my ultrasound history for the past one year. I had antibiotics treatment for Pelvic inflammation and cervical erosion. Now as from US report, polyp is there. A doctor asked me for its removal first before conceiving. I took second opinion from another doctor and she said that I can go with the pregnancy since polyp size is small and its not bothering you so it can be removed at the time of delivery. Please guide me can I go with the pregnancy now in the presence of this polyp (I have one kid delivered via c-sec 3.5 years back)? I want to add here I feel lower abdomen and lower back pain most of the time ND having my periods after every 30-37 days.
