Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And SLE

I am 13 weeks pregnant, I have hypothyroidism( controlled) and SLE, my all recent tests are clear except serum anti-dsDNA ( that is 726IU/ml), my rheumatologist recommended to start deltacortril in my 4th month( for 4weeks 2+0+2) , I want to know is it safe to have steroids during pregnancy! I am currently on thyroxine, HCQ 200 and imuran.
