I'm 31+1 weeks pregnant. Last night I had sharp vagina pain. Today I saw extreme light just few dots of blood. Is it dangerous and do I need to go to the doctor and I have a bad cramps

- Dear as it's already advanced pregnancy hope u are following antenatal visits and scans regularly as advised.
- do u have any recent history of post sex bleeding or any cervical or pelvic pathology history???
- any medical or coagulation disorder ,low lying placenta it any medication all history ,infection and reports need to be discussed and need Examination as well .
- so better to have check up with your obstetrician to confirm either bleeding or just vaginal secretion to rule out cause .
