Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Karachi
Asalam Alaikum.... Need help Dr plz detail answer required. I have c section on 30th of this month. And the problem is I have constipation problem since along (before pregnancy) Now question is 1- should I take syrup (dhuphalac) for constipation...?? Which help me to pass tool.. 2- Which should I avoid to eat before c sec. As me regular Dr said take light breakfast before admissions. 3- And last thing plz guide faster way to heal my self after c sec. Thanks in advance.

.it depends on ur timing of surgery.u should be empty stomach 4 to 5 hours before surgery.
after surgery u should take plenty of water..eggs .chichen milk fruits and mild walk for early recovery
