Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Cholestasis

today is my last day of my 37th week of my first pregnancy.....I have also GDM .I m using glucophage500mg 1+1+1from20th Dec and now on insuline 4 units also from12 Jan (calcium and iron supplements also) on 10 Jan my ALT was 58* 19 Jan my ALT was 205*.I m facing itching on whole body specially at itching on upper side of hands small allergic pumps appears on hand that irritate at night a also become itchi at night but less than hands and there are no bumps on opening also become Doctor has given me URso 500mg (1+1)and regix 10 mg(1+1) for 3 with that doctor has advised me that we will deliver baby at completion of 38th week....I want to ask that am I going in right direction Urso and regix Are good to how many days using Urso I should again repeat my ALt test.....I m very worried please help we make any food changes to reduce ALT ?
