Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy, Constipation And Gas
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore
Aoa i am 5 weeks pregnant. I am taking cyclogest pessaries and now facing constipation and gas problem. My doc advised sikilix drops and i have started taking ispaghol as well. Now having pain due to constipation. Also what should i do to avoid gas and constipation?

Plz add lots of fruits and fresh salads in ur diet, take hot milk, continue ispaghula husk. Ur constipation will relieve.
