Aoa i am 5 weeks pregnant. I am taking cyclogest pessaries and now facing constipation and gas problem. My doc advised sikilix drops and i have started taking ispaghol as well. Now having pain due to constipation. Also what should i do to avoid gas and constipation?
Plz add lots of fruits and fresh salads in ur diet, take hot milk, continue ispaghula husk. Ur constipation will relieve.
why cyclogest pessary at 5 weeks...??? for constipation increase your water intake and fruits intake..isphaghol husk in warm water..or syrup duphalac 2 spoons at night
no need of pessary in so early pregnancy ....
take ishphagullah husk 2 tsf with warm water early in the morning IA u will b f9
Continuously take isphgullah husk. Change iron preparation.
