Which time is suitable to use a pregnancy tester at home..and guide me some major symptoms of pregnancy as I'm feeling nauseatic, don't want to eat any thing , headache, fever

-Dear it would be better if u would send Me Detailed menstrual history.
-Urine pregnancy test and transvaginal scan can't detect pregnancy in very early stage but serum Beta hcg (blood pregnancy test) u can have if near expected date of periods or missed periods or having pregnancy symptoms even before.
_Even in case of pain u need to report immediately to gynae Emergency especially if observe on one side of abdomen with or with out bleeding.
